Cub Scout Code of Conduct

All scouts should have signed this in their first meeting and turned it into the Pack Leadership.

Annual Health & Medical Record

These need to be turned in to the Pack Leadership prior to participating in any pack activities.

Camping & Temporary Guardianship Form

Though we expect all scouts to camp with a family member at the Cub Scout level; we realize there are times where a parent may not be able to make an event but do not want their child to miss out on the camping trip. Therefore, if you have another parent in the pack that you would like to assign temporary guardianship to for the weekend in order to send them on an event without you; please fill out the above form and submit it to the Pack Leadership for the duration of the event. Any scout attending a camping trip without a parent may only sleep in a tent with another scout and may not sleep in a tent with an adult who is not related to them.
