A few reminders:

No Tuesday night meeting this week (5/13).

A big thanks to all the scouts, parents and leaders who participated in the planting and cleanup at the church last week.  Everyone did a great job and I'm sure that all the folks at the church really appreciate what you did.  I hope everyone has a terrific week!!!

Cub Scout Day Camp:    June 9th-13th  June 9th-13th  They are looking for volunteers.  Can you give a day or a maybe even a week of your time to help with this camp.  There is a daycare "camp" for the younger children of volunteers.  Talk to Mary Stewart or Kathy Sharman for more information. This is a great inexpensive summer camp program that will get your scout a head start on next years requirements and he will have a great time doing it. 

Day camp is in need of items for craft making and is asking you to save some of your trash:  They are looking for: 

  • Toilet paper tubes
  • Paper towel tubes
  • Milk or OJ 1/2 gal. cardboard  containers
  • 2 liter bottles
  • Soup cans
  • Round concrete molds (or know a businesses that might donate some)

Bring these in to us as you collect them and we will deliver them to the correct place.
