Leaders/Committee Retreat

All leaders and committee members for the upcoming year need to attend this important event.  We will be meeting at the Union County Saddle Club in Monroe on this Saturday - the 28th at 9:00 am to set up and start planning the upcoming calendar of events and to discuss our current by-laws and other topics.  Camping overnight is not required; though encouraged for a chance to socialize and get to know each other.

216 E Sandy Ridge Rd,

Monroe, NC 28112-7311 US

From what I understand the entrance might not be marked very well – so we will try to put some kind of marker/sign when we get there to help with finding it.   Hopefully cell phones will work there! Check your email for a list of cell phone numbers.    

REMINDER:  To keep the cost to a minimum – please remember we are asking everyone to bring their own lunch for Saturday.  We will be providing dinner for Saturday and breakfast Sunday morning.

It is not too late to become a leader or committee member!!  We are still in need of several leadership positions and gladly welcome ANY & ALL volunteers and assistance in planning the events for our pack!  Come with your ideas and as much information on cost, dates, etc as we will need to account for all of those in terms of our budget and calendar.

Please e-mail Anthony at cubmaster@pack97scouts.com if you are planning on attending the event for additional details and so we can properly plan the meals.  Look forward to seeing you all on the 28th.
