Pack Visitor

This week our Pack Visit is from a Scientist at Harris Teeter.  One of the activities the scouts will be participating in is product testing on a few of their Harris Teeter brand products vs Well Known brand products. 

Outdoor Games and Camping at Barnhardt

This weekend (December 4-6^th) is our camping trip and Outdoor Games at Camp Barnhardt; where they will be able to participate in BB Guns, Archery, Canoeing, etc.  We did already submit our registration for this event, however, if you need to make any changes – please see me at Tuesday’s den meeting.  Payment for this event is all due this week.

PACK FOR COLD WEATHER!!!!!  Don’t forget your gloves, hats, hand warmers, etc.  This may be the weekend we earn our freezing camping bead or patch!

Our camping site is still being confirmed and hopefully Anthony will have confirmation on it before our den meeting.  He and Jackie both plan to be out at camp at 1pm on Friday.  When you arrive, tell whoever is doing the check-in you are with Pack 97 and they should be handing out maps and be able to direct you to the area our campsite will be.  Keep an eye out for the trailer and/or call Anthony’s cell or Jackie’s cell.

Popcorn Distribution

Backordered popcorn should all be available for Pick up next Tuesday, December 8^th.  Please plan on picking it up and returning any outstanding money as soon after the 8^th as possible.

Christmas/Holiday Party & Pack Meeting

Our next big event coming up is our Christmas Party and Pack Meeting on Friday December 18^th.  This will be held at the VFW to allow plenty of room for guests and dining.  The pack will provide the meat dishes and other categories for sides, deserts; etc will be assigned by den. The sign up sheet will be available at the den meeting on the 8^th.  If anyone is interested in arriving early to help set up and decorate (or to Chair the decoration committee) please see Amy at tonight’s meeting.

Winter Break

Due to the Winter Break for both schools; we will not have den meetings on December 22^nd or 29^th.  Even though Shiloh will still actually be in intersession; we will resume den meetings on Tuesday, January 5^th. 

Second Installment of Dues

Please remember that our second installment for dues of $65 is due when we return from break and needs to be paid no later than January 12^th.  If you have any questions; please see Amy or Anthony.
