HI!!!! I hope that everyone enjoyed Gold Rush this weekend. Thanks to all the helping hands!
Popcorn dates are approaching, please read as the dates have changed. We have still have some tshirts and sweatshirt shirts available and the reorder for the extras has been done, will let you know when they arrive.
1st Popcorn Pickup & Form Submission (dates have changed, give you a little more time )
The first opportunity to turn in your Popcorn Sales Orders and to pick-up popcorn will be this
Saturday, October 29th at Kim Flack's house, from 3pm-5pm...
Please remember to collect all payment for popcorn at the time they place order. All checks need to have a phone number on them and should contain your scout’s name in the memo field.
Don't forget about on-line sales !!!!
FINAL Popcorn Pickup& Form Submission
Tuesday, November 1st during our den meeting is the final opportunity to turn in your popcorn sales sheets. We must place our orders for any popcorn we do not have on hand to fill the orders and to pay for all our popcorn to council at this time.. Any popcorn we do not have to fill your order on this date should be available for distribution in early December .

Troop 97 Pancake Breakfast and Fundraiser
Saturday, October 29th from 7-10:30am at the Indian Trail VFWPlates are $5 each for dine in or carry out
Please come out and support our Troop! We are still working hard to raise funds for our trailer and basic camping equipment. No time for breakfast, no worries! We will gladly accept donations, too! Hope to see you all Saturday morning!
Food Drive, Saturday November 5th
Each year we collect canned goods and give to a charity. We will be going through our local neighborhoods and then delivering to Second Harvest of Monroe. This will start at 9am and meet in Shiloh parking lot, boys should be in full uniform. There will be a neighborhood sign up sheet :) We will deliver the food to Second Harvest Food Bank in Monroe, around 12...please don't forget to bring your own canned goods/non-perishables bag when you come.
Veteran’s Day Ceremony, Friday, November 11th
Each year we also participate in a ceremony with the Indian Trail VFW to commemorate Veteran’s Day and to assist in their Flag Burning Ceremony. Jeremy will be handing out retired flags and speaking with the scouts regarding the proper procedures for preparing these for the upcoming ceremony over the next few weeks. if you have any old flags to contribute, please bring them in...
Saturday, November 12th Advancement Day at North Stanley Middle School
Again, sign up sheet...this is a great day for the boys to work on achievements and belt loops. It is a pack paid event for the boys, however, we need to know NOW if you plan to attend, at this weeks meeting!!!
